Polypropylene is the lightest of all thermoplastic materials. It offers high strength to weight ratio, low surface friction and excellent resistance to corrosion. This tubing is produced from a high-crystalline random copolymer-polypropylene formulated with ingredients sanctioned by the F.D.A. for food and beverage contact. It is semi-rigid and can be thermoformed and welded. Generally used with push to connect fittings. Our Polypropylene tubing may be applied as a reasonably priced alternative to fluoropolymer tubing in many applications.
