This Nalgene 489 tubing is made from linear low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and measures 1/8 x 1/4 x 1/16 inches. Item is translucent, allowing fluid levels to be easily seen. Food-Grade material complies with 21 CFR 177.1520 for food packaging. It is nontoxic, odorless, and tasteless; excellent for laboratory and industrial use. It has a durmometer (Shore D) of 50. This item is not autoclavable but can be chemically sterilized. Can be bent to facilitate set-ups, and has superior chemical resistance. Supplied 100 feet per case. Translucent. Material: LDPE.
