Pebax nylon shrink tubing has high elastic memory, better low temperature properties and higher elongation at break than other TPEs. It is available with a Shore D hardness range from 40 to 72, producing a broad spectrum of mechanical properties. Shrink ratios are available in 2:1 and 4:1. Pebax shrink tubing is used in the production of medical device catheters, wire insulation and as splice covers. The material is tough and durable.
