Stainless Steel 316/316L Dual Certified Annealed Seamless Tubing ASTM A269 Bright Finish tubing meets the requirements of both grades 316 and 316L. The L means low carbon and is easier to work with when welding. Tubing is annealed, allowing it to be bent without cracking. Type 316/316L contains molybdenum for greater resistance to corrosion and pitting. Excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth bore make it suitable for water, gasses, oil, chemicals and processes where particulate build needs to be kept to a minimum. Tubing may be flared and is compatible with conventional compression or flare fittings.

Superthane ether-based polyurethane tubing is clear, flexible, resistant to oils, greases and fuels, resistant to weathering, tearing, impact, radiation and abrasion, and can withstand a temperature range of -90 Deg F to 175 Deg F. When thin walls, tight tolerances and high strength are required, polyimide is the material of choice. Polyimide is in the select group of super polymers and is now available in micro and miniature tubing sizes. Our tubing has a thermal rating of -452F (-269C) To 700F (371C) for continuous use application with a dielectric constant of 3.4. This material is considered a benchmark for polymers in electrical insulation applications. This tubing exhibits exceptional dimensional stability and has very high burst pressure ratings. Excellent column strength and high stiffness has proven to provide good push and torque properties making polyimide tubing an excellent choice for catheters that are guided through the body's vascular system. Other uses include high strength, temperature and chemical resistant push rod tubes, and miniature structural matrices. This tubing can be steam, gamma or EtO sterilized and has excellent chemical resistance. Polyimide tubing can be bonded with cyanoacrylates, UV and room temperature cure epoxies.

A superior, high dielectric insulating tubing that is shrinkable as much as 50 Percent in order to provide an immovable, tight fit.
